Responsibilities

Gathering performance requirements/SLA's
Infrastructure assessment
Developing Test Plan/Strategy
Developing/Enhancing scripts for performance tests
Design Test Scenarios
Execute various Performance tests like load, stress, soak, spike and failover tests
Server and application monitoring using ESX vCenter, Sar, Top
Logging and tracking performance issues in JIRA
Work with SMEs to troubleshoot issues
Performance Tuning, Error Analysis & Documenting Test Results
Lead junior team members

Qualifications

Computer Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Eight or more years of experience with performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
Experience with profiling tools like YourKit or JProfiler
Java thread dump analysis
Experience with Azure Cloud
Knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, Fiddler
Networking basics and WireShark monitoring
Experience with Web-based systems using Spring boot app server
Knowledge of DB2
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical-aptitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, and testing skills
Proficiency in both self-directed task management and collaborative teamwork

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
