Title: JDE Work Force Management Business Analyst



Responsibilities:


  • Detailed functional knowledge of JD Edwards WFM business process model.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish nice to have from the underlying true needs.

  • Participate in development and maintenance of thorough, current functional and systems documentation, business process flow diagrams, and end user training materials.

  • Participate in the development and execution of well-designed test plans, testing activities, and test data.

  • Participate in data conversion and merger/acquisition activities.

  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • This position is targeted for individuals who are considered a Subject Matter Expert for all sub-processes for the WFM and related modules of JD Edwards.

  • Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans, schedules and arranges own activities to accomplish objectives.

  • Designs solutions for a variety of complex problems.

  • Liaises typically with many business users in different locations and countries.

  • Acts as a mentor to lesser experienced Business Analysts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree from accredited university in business, MIS, or equivalent field. Additional years experience can be used to substitute for degree.

  • 8-10+ year s business experience.

  • Travel Percentage: 30-40%

  • JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.0 or later

  • 5+ Years working with JD Edwards WFM as well with any of the related modules like General Ledger, Job Cost, Service Billing, etc.

  • Experience working with US Payroll, Canadian Payroll (nice to have), year end WFM processes like W-2, etc.

  • Experience working with 3rd party applications for reporting (Hubble, etc.)

  • Experience implementing/rolling out JD Edwards to a new operating units
