  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of SIP Voice Developer to work in Austin,Texas

Requirements

  • Lead the analysis and troubleshooting of call flows, ensuring smooth VoIP/SIP operations.
  • Provide operational support for end-to-end Contact Centre Voice solutions, managing P1/P0 incidents and addressing recurring issues.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements within the Voice Platform.
  • Develop and maintain voice solutions, including call flow diagrams and VUI design documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Voice Engineering and telephony.
  • Proficient in developing voice solutions and documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of SIP media gateways and Session Border Controllers (Cisco, Acme, SONRibbon).
  • Expertise in network protocols and fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
