My team is a part of the Strategic Events team. This position will supporting the planning and execution of ancilary programs that support our World Tours and Summit programs in Q4

The primary role and responsibility of the Program Manager is to support, plan and execute on new Summits in conjunction with World Tours. The role will be a critical, contributing team member and will work with the cross-functional teams, consultants and vendors to ensure smooth and engaging event for our partners.

Core Responsibilities

Work closely with pipeline programs staff to plan and execute 3-4 summits;

Develop partnerships with internal departments, understanding their needs to provide a program suitable attendees and sponsors;

Manage all projects to assigned budgets by optimizing expenses, negotiating supplier contracts with the assistance of the leadership.

Appropriately manage suppliers, looking for cost savings;

Provides input and creative ideas on aligning events/conferences with marketing plans;

Work closely with product marketing on demand gen and RSVP systems;

Create and update decks and executive briefings for sales leadership
