Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tester with experience in testing ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our data is accurately and efficiently migrated from various sources into our data warehouse, as part of an agile scrum team and requires the ability to write and develop custom automated scripts tailored to customer needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:
Work with product owners and scrum team to understand acceptance criteria and translate them into test cases
Execute ETL test cases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Identify, document, and track defects in ETL processes
Develop and maintain ETL testing scripts using SQL, Python, and Scala, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and scalability
Participate in all scrum activities
Education / Experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ETL/ELT testing, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Applications
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Scala for developing automated testing scripts
- Experience with Agile development methodology
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in testing Cloud applications like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is a plus

- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
