Key Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events. Maintain office supplies and handle administrative requests from employees. Provide general support to visitors and clients. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
