We are looking for a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert to join our team in supporting the Army USAFMCOM SSO DAR team (Data Analytics and Reporting).

Estimated Salary Range: $135,000 to $165,000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.

Your day-to-day work will include:
- Configuration, development, testing, and deployment of data analytics reports.
- Creation and modification of data models.
- Support of development and sustainment activities for GFEBS/Advana-ARES.
- SDLC mapping from existing environment(s) to future state environments.
- Creating new / editing existing relevant SDLC documentation (e.g., FDs/TDs, etc.)
At a minimum you should have:
- An active SECRET Level Security Clearance and ability to maintain it (required ship).
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Minimum of 10 years of development experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Strong security expertise (Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, risk assessment)
- Technical skills (Pyspark, Databricks, data modeling, ETL)
- Experience in Power BI, including creating, publishing, managing reports, and data modeling.
- The ability to manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and reports (such as creating and managing connectors, gateways, and data integration).
- Experience in managing users and permissions.
- Knowledge of Power BI security and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal with various levels of stakeholders (interactions with senior stakeholders).
- Proficiency in Power Platform. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 full stack, Power BI, and Power Pages, with a strong focus on building and managing applications
- Security and compliance. Familiarity with MS security and compliance features, ensuring that Power Platform solutions follow organizational and DOD standards
- Support and troubleshooting. Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power Platform environments
- Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing Power Apps and SharePoint environments
- Report development: Experience in the development of Power BI Dashboard reports
- Experience in Dax coding, Power BI Databricks knowledge of ERP system SAP is a plus
