Business Data Analyst

• 8+ years of experience in a business process-related role, with a strong background in consulting, project management, and Python for data analysis and automation, required
• 3+ years of hands-on Python experience, required
• 3+ years of industry acumen beyond data analytics, preferred

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimization, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel. Proficiency with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and graphing
• Strong IS skillset in non-Microsoft applications, for data analysis, automation, and visualization
• Experience with different methods for dealing with large, multi-dimensional data sets, including relational databases, SQL, and ETL
• Highlight critical path activities that can affect project deadlines/deliverables
• Maintain a high degree of situation awareness, leveraging Python for data analysis and insight generation.
• Arrange remote meetings and work groups with business leaders and/or SMEs in a matrixed organization
