Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Management and Re-engineering Analyst with specialized experience in Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the government sector and be proficient in the INFOR ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of purchasing, vendor management, time and attendance, and staff scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department contacts to identify business needs and propose effective solution options.
  • Draft functional solution specifications and work with DHHS business users and IT on customizations within the ERP environment.
  • Analyze, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
  • Support the customization and modification of INFOR applications and provide related consulting and training.
  • Act as a business representative to ensure all planned INFOR changes align with departmental workflows.
  • Conduct research and provide solutions using the INFOR support portal and community resources.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and provide training to department users as needed.
  • Assist in planning data migrations, data cleansing, and validation activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst in a government sector environment.
    • At least 4 years of experience working specifically with INFOR ERP solutions.
    • 2 years of experience configuring and supporting INFOR applications related to Supply Chain and Workforce Management.
  • Skills:
    • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot INFOR-related business challenges.
    • Familiarity with Birst Reports and INFOR Warehouse Management systems is a plus.
    • Experience in configuring and supporting integrations with third-party applications is desirable.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is required.
