Digital Trainer

Note: This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the United States and possess valid work authorization to be eligible for employment.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Trainer to develop and deliver training programs on state technologies, including websites, digital forms, chatbots, and data dashboards. You will create training materials, lead instructional sessions, and support diverse teams in using content management systems (CMS). The ideal candidate has strong CMS expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for simplifying complex systems for various audiences.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in training and CMS proficiency (e.g., Sitecore).
• Bachelor s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Expertise in content development and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Industry or platform-specific certifications in training, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems: Familiarity with LMS platforms for delivering and managing training programs.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.
• Government Experience: Prior experience working within a government or public sector environment is desirable.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital training and content management.
