  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
  • The primary purpose of the Junior Research Systems Administrator is to support the Bioinformatics Group's research computational infrastructure as a Linux and Windows servers administrator, enterprise data storage administrator, web server administrator.
  • It is an absolute requirement that the position performs all of its duties in an IT security-aware fashion.
  • This includes among others regular updates of storage system, virtualization system, SLURM cluster system, IT support ticketing system, Linux and Windows operating system, system backup, protecting research data and respecting privacy.
  • Also entails triaging support tickets and providing timely assistance to users.
