Job Summary

The Electronics Engineer Support Specialist will be responsible for the growth and support of HW development that is critical to SiTime s test infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality PCBs, BOM selection and inventory management, and provide engineering support for PCB development. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will contribute and learn in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendors to execute PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Manage and deliver PCB builds for engineering groups
  • Manage BOM inventory and assist in component selection for PCB builds
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues with PCB builds
  • Provide engineering support for PCB development, cabling, and lab bench setup

Required Attributes:

  • AS in Electronics or Electronics Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing PCB fabrication and assembly, scheduling, and cost
  • Expert in PCB fabrication and assembly quality
  • Hands-on experience with PCB assembly (hand-solder and reflow)
  • Expert in circuit debug, touch-up, and rework
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.

Base pay is one part of SiTime s Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity-based compensation.
