Job Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Insights
Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000 + 15% Bonus (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview
As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Insights, you will play a key leadership role on our consulting services team, working with major clients in technology, manufacturing, and retail. You will build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers post-sale, leading a team of analysts to maximize software value and ROI for the customer. Your role involves managing people, complex stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver results. You ll explore innovative ways to leverage our cutting-edge products and provide feedback to our Product and Development teams for improvement. A technical understanding of our systems and occasional analysis work are also required.

Role Objectives

• Client & Program Management
  • Offer senior-level thought leadership, including brainstorming solutions, presenting insights, and partnering with Account Managers on client management and QBRs.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relations and design and deliver presentations suitable for an executive audience
  • Manage projects and programs, coordinating with up to 40 customer stakeholders to ensure clear communication and progress.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams and deliverables, ensuring quality insights and applying proper data and analytical methods. Provide coaching and hands-on execution when needed.
  • Utilize and test Quid s latest capabilities to deliver critical insights.

• Innovation / Solutions Architect: Advocate client needs to the product and engineering teams to enhance the products. Collaborate with data scientists to test new approaches with unstructured data and develop new solutions for clients.
• Portfolio Growth / Business Development: Work with sales teams to identify and develop upsell opportunities. Present and scope Quid s Professional Services capabilities and review SOWs. Engage in experimental activities to prove value and foster innovation.
• Team Management: Foster collaboration and sharing of use cases and solutions between teams, manage team resourcing, capacity, and manage the growth and development of a team of analysts. Set the tone for company and team values. Perform analysis as needed for coaching and customer deliverables. Own all day-to-day management of a team of direct reports.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategic consulting, data analytics, market research, market intelligence, complex stakeholder management
• Two or more years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
• Ideal candidate has working knowledge and interest in macro-economic trends, manufacturing and/or supply chains, and is familiar with the business operating environment and key drivers for large companies' earnings calls
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and willing to learn new tools quickly
• Familiarity with Quid product suite is a plus
• Experience with retail preferred
• Travel to customer sites 5-10% of the year
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to work anywhere remotely within the U.S.
