  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Shared Services is an organization that unites our Privacy Review Operations Team, Integrity Operations, Vendor Operations, and a newly consolidated Training team. By aligning operationally similar work that does not require specific compliance expertise into one team, we achieve efficiencies of scale, create enabling synergies across GRC teams, and more effectively support our core cross-functional (XFN) and the Integrity, Security, and Privacy functions within GRC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit large, complex, cross-functional launch reviews within the company to build quality assurance across product launches at scale.
  • Identify complex, ambiguous, cross-functional issues that are often unique to each launch.
  • Audit and recommend improvements to the review process, including process adherence and tooling.
  • Align with internal stakeholders on quality scores and feedback.
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and defend quality decisions.
  • Engage and build relationships with RRPMs to ensure quality controls are understood, implemented during launch reviews, and remediated as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at a program level.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management within a consulting, operational, financial, or software/hardware business, with experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent processes and projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • 2 years of experience in quality management and/or auditing functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment.
  • Experience working with data privacy, regulatory, compliance, or integrity functions.
  • SQL/data experience.
  • BA/BS in an analytical or social field (e.g., Human Rights, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, User Research, or related field).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Location: Remote (CA)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
