JOB TITLE: Construction Manager Process High Purity (bulk gases)LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CAiParametrics is seeking to fill a Process High Purity Construction Manager position for a leading construction and engineering client involved in a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing project located in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will be critical in supporting the client's innovative construction efforts and ensuring the successful coordination of mechanical and process systems. The project involves managing complex high-tech processes and requires a skilled leader to oversee quality control and ensure the seamless integration of various mechanical systems.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Process High Purity Construction Manager will work within the Construction Management department, reporting to the MEP Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the Process Team and oversee onsite process quality control efforts. This includes collaborating with design professionals, subcontractors, and craftspeople to solve complex mechanical coordination challenges. The role is located fully onsite at the project in Sunnyvale, CA.RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily installation work of process piping subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate system startups and commissioning activities in partnership with Area Construction Managers and various subcontractors.
- Verify completion of all documentation and ensure the safe startup of equipment.
- Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements of the project.
- Lead client personnel training sessions for MEP system operations and maintenance.
- Organize and facilitate startup meetings with design teams, subcontractors, utility agencies, and owners to drive MEP system startup activities.
- Review and process project submittals, ensuring accuracy and functionality across all MEP components.
- Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and change scope documents.
- Conduct field surveys of control lines and benchmarks.
- Serve as the technical advisor at the onsite construction office.
- Assist in estimating budgets for process systems and managing project staffing.
- Manage process subcontractor contracts and equipment buyout.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience in fieldwork.
- Minimum of five (5) years of process construction experience.
- Experience in industrial or high-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects preferred.
- LEED Accredited Professional certification or ability to obtain certification within 18 months.
- Knowledge of materials and construction methods, particularly related to process systems.
