We are seeking a VP of Sales to strategically drive our SaaS business from $5M to $10M in ARR. This role is suited for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the proptech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Develop and manage sales dashboards and metrics reporting.
  • Oversee CRM management, deal pipeline, and sales forecasting.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a newly established sales team.
  • Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Partner with product development to customize solutions for client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min 2 years as VP of Sales from Hospitality Tech is must
  • Proven expertise in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Track record of scaling a company from $5M to $10M ARR.
  • Experience in building a sales team from inception.
