Job Role 1: Program Manager (Tech)



Experience: Minimum 5+ years overall in the field.

MUST HAVE Skills:


1.Minimum 4-7 years of supplier management experience in Electronics, high-volume supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

2.4+ years of program management and data analytics experience.

3.2-4 years of experience driving results in a complex setting.

4.2-4 years of experience with MRP, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Access, and Power BI.

5.Preferred significant experience with supply chain planning and operations.



Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead demand-supply shaping activities to drive execution and delivery of finished goods globally.

2.Analyze supply and demand of products, forecast inventory needs, and implement tools for inventory management.

3.Develop and drive internal and external performance metrics.

4.Work cross-functionally to manage trade-offs between suppliers and business needs.

5.Drive process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.

6.Support organizational projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility.



Skills:

1.Strong project management experience with global system integrators.

2.Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations.

3.Expertise in customer relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.

4.Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and root cause analysis skills.

5.Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and handling conflicting priorities.



Job Role 2: Program Manager (Non-Tech)



Experience: Minimum 5+ years overall in the field.

MUST HAVE Skills:


1.Minimum 4-7 years of supplier management experience in Electronics, high-volume supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

2.4+ years of program management and data analytics experience.

3.2-4 years of experience driving results in a complex setting.

Job Responsibilities:

1.High focus on supply-demand shaping activities for execution and delivery of finished goods globally.

2.Collaborate between capacity planning and fulfillment teams to stabilize supply and demand.

3.Utilize data and analytics to match supply to customer demand.

4.Develop and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to improve processes.

5.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support daily operations while managing supplier trade-offs.



Skills:

1.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

2.Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations.

3.Strong focus on customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

4.Proficient in root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
