  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Provide technical support for the purpose of maintaining the availability and reliability of company network, PC, and software problems to resolutions.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN performance and security.
  • Provide support for problem resolution, support consultation, administration and training for technical matters relating to the full complement of systems, hardware and software operating.
  • Perform pilot testing and monitor new systems and applications through post implementation.

You'll Bring These Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 4+ years of experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Outstanding technical knowledge to install, modify, monitor, test and troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software.
  • Experience providing technical support via phone calls, remote, or face-to face.
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems. ServiceNow is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have experience using ActiveDirectory.
  • Experience utilizing Remote Desk Software to remote into client computer.
  • Experience providing new user set up for laptops.
  • Experience troubleshooting network related issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity.
  • Experience setting up, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN and PC/Laptop performance and security.
