Contracts and Sourcing Consultant

• Collaboratively works with cross functional teams to develop business unit requirements and Statement of Works and Change Orders.
• Manages the competitive RFx process that is standardized with consistent language and evaluation criteria.
• Effectively negotiates contracts that meet desirable financial terms and conditions, working with business leaders, internal stakeholders and suppliers and ensuring contracts are completed according to best practices and timelines.
• Administers non-disclosure agreements, Risk Assessments and the supplier due diligence process in collaboration with the business partner.
• Negotiates MSA s and BAA s on behalf of the business and in coordination with O Compliance and Information Security.
• Prepares, issues and manages RFPs/RFIs.
• Manages supplier performance as necessary when they are not adhering to the SOW and SLAs.
• Procurement and supply chain experience.
