Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects within [industry/sector]. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and implement strategies that drive operational success.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and potential solutions.
• Ensure projects meet the defined quality standards and business requirements.
• Track project KPIs, measure performance, and ensure adherence to established goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Drive process improvements by analyzing project outcomes and leveraging lessons learned.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and compliant with internal protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects across different functions.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
