Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design solutions and create detailed design documentation for a variety of in-flight projects. The architect will collaborate closely with teams across multiple domains, including Billing, IT, and Business Teams. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide clients through technical and business requirements, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver scalable solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of both business and technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the lead architect by coordinating work among multiple architects.
• Collaborate with project and engagement managers to support planning and execution.
• Oversee the project direction, implementation, and key artifacts.
• Lead solution evaluation, manage early-stage issues, and engage with executives and internal teams.
• Hands-on application configuration to meet specific customer needs.
• Direct and mentor diverse teams in both technical delivery and non-technical aspects, such as communication and executive influence.

Required Skills:

• Proven hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience on Salesforce Self-Service platforms.
• Strong ability to design and optimize business processes using technology and integration.
• Experience guiding customers and teams in deploying the latest technology for business use cases.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
• Deep understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs, ETL tools) and integration design patterns (e.g., CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM).
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience driving organizational transformation within a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform, including coded solutions.
