  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary fiscal responsibilities of this role include:

Month end financials

Complete standard entries Download from EG and convert payroll register entries

Close income journal and accounts payable

Collect and confirm accruals from departments

Distribute preliminary P&L and general ledger

Schedule and hold department P&L reviews

Balance sheet accounts reconciliation(on Bank reconciliation(on Update for changes and distribute final P&L Variance ( per MD notes)

Full team P&L review

Monthly forecast

Update component parts Revenue-COS per day-by-day occupancy forecast and Event forecast by group

Hourly payroll staffing guidelines per day-by-day occupancies

Salary payroll per management roster

Health insurance cost by month

Other Expense DEWs compiled by departments individually; rolled up to Clearing file Roll all up to main forecast

Distribute main forecast to HC for review and revision Upload finalized forecast to P&L for upcoming month-end
