Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Social Media Associate to curate content for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create and execute innovative content ideas across social media, from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor emerging social, lifestyle, and fashion trends, sharing insights to enhance engagement and innovation.
  • Develop and produce engaging content, including posts, videos, and GIFs, that align with our brand.
  • Generate fresh, boundary-pushing content ideas and bring them to life.
  • Collaborate on content marketing campaigns supporting product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Shoot and edit video content under the direction of the Chief Branding Officer and Brand Marketing Director, covering social posts, videos, GIFs, long-form content, and more.
  • Stay current with fashion trends and video editing techniques.
  • Keep up-to-date with platform trends, best practices, and relevant technology.
  • Create on-brand social media content that aligns with our brand voice and vision.
  • Present and refine bold ideas, working with the team to take them from concept to execution.
  • Innovate and enhance current social media content strategies.
  • Provide ad hoc support wherever necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in video capture and editing for social media, with a strong focus on fashion/luxury aesthetics.
  • Skilled in analyzing data with the social media manager to create content driven by insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently present ideas to senior management.
  • Capable of independently directing social shoots and designing within the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across projects.
  • Deep understanding of visual communication and a sharp eye for brand aesthetics.
  • Passionate about social media, digital trends, and marketing best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and highly focused.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude that contributes to a vibrant work environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong video editing expertise.
  • Excellent photography skills, camera and smartphone capable
  • Portfolio of work ready to share a plus

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
