Job Title: Project Manage

Location(s): New York, NY

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Jr. Content Project Manager to join our Campaign and Content team. This role will support project managers by assisting in overseeing in-house resources and coordinating with vendors to ensure the successful execution of content-related initiatives. The applicant will play a key role in facilitating project management processes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Trafficking & Resource Management: Assist in project trafficking and manage in-house resources to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Actively collaborate with Campaign leads, Marketing leads, and both internal and external partners. Facilitate and track timely reviews with creative agencies, internal teams, and other stakeholders (e.g., SMRU, Data) to meet marketing objectives.
  • Project Management Systems: Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Aprimo, and Excel to monitor job status, manage workflows, and ensure all project deliverable due dates are met.
  • Deliverable Quality: Ensure that all project deliverables align with defined objectives and meet quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and resolve production issues with vendors in a timely manner to maintain project schedules.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within a content or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Aprimo, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and vendors is preferred.
