Test Coordinator Summit
Office Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months.
Language: English.

Key Responsibilities:


Planning, coordinating, and communicating enhancement and onboarding test cycles. Drive alignment on test strategy across global programs
Orchestrate test cycles across various teams, stakeholders & leaders
Develop test cycle materials and leverage test management tools for facilitation
Collaborate with business, functional and technical teams to define test scenarios
Escalate testing and environment readiness to stakeholders & leadership when necessary
Facilitate defect triage calls and work with development teams to provide visibility on status and resolution
Monitor tester progress throughout cycle to ensure on time exit of testing.
Communicate daily and weekly reports to stakeholders and leaders on testing outcomes
Plan and execute preparation activities in advance to make certain no impact to testers
Ensure exit criteria is achieved and testing signoff is documented from all participants
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks or escalations

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.
5+ years of Test Management or Program Management
A solid knowledge and understanding of functionality within applications preferred not required.
Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing. SAFe Agile Preferred.
Familiarity with SharePoint, S4 HANA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Prior experience that demonstrates good business understanding is needed (experience in a professional services organization is a plus)
Demonstrated ability in applying repeatable processes and methods to enterprise wide technology projects or initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must.
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
Ability to effectively conduct detailed discussions directly with Project/Product management.
Excellent team collaboration skills.
Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external).

Preferred Qualifications:
Project execution model experience: SAFe, Agilist, Kanban, waterfall
SAFe 5 RTE Certification is a plus.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, S4 HANA, Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft suite.
Experience working with Agile development processes.
Experience in packaged SDLC
