Our client, a premier performing arts organization, is seeking for a seasoned AP Specialist that will have the responsibility of assisting with invoice and credit card processing, reviewing accuracy in vendor statements, and check runs, just to name a few.

Client location: Downtown Portland, OR area
Type: Contract
Position Duties:
- Assist with vendor invoice processing, check runs, ACH and mailings.
- Review vendor statements for accuracy.
- Vendor setup and relations.
- Respond to Vendor and Team inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience performing accounts payable functions
- Proficiency with MS Office a must
- An associate s degree or higher is preferred, but not a must
- Experience with Epicor is preferred
