Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
