At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. About The Opportunity

Cleerly is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager (Cardiovascular) for our East region. Our dream candidate thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing and is eager to create innovative and strategic marketing programs and events that drive business results. This person has a passion for data-driven marketing and personalized engagement to enhance customer relationships, drive lead generation, expand market share, and position Cleerly as a leader in the Cardiovascular space. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to activate marketing campaigns and programs across the sales organization, as well as gather and share feedback to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with sales needs. This role requires a seasoned manager with a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, exceptional strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry (diagnostics, device, biotech), preferably in Cardiovascular.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted marketing tactics that support business objectives; adjusting course as needed in response to changing conditions.
  • Partner closely with the Cardiovascular sales team (east) to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that local events and programs are successful, and that all prospects and customers are receiving an on-brand, best-in-industry experience regardless of how they interact with our programs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage regional in-person field marketing events in the US that are compelling and engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, build brand awareness, and pull through revenue at existing clients.
  • Analyze event and program performance metrics and identify areas of improvement and actionable recommendations for future programs, including ROI metrics (in partnership with marketing operations), volume changes, etc.
  • Maintain alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.
  • Travel to events to oversee on-site execution and ensure all attendees receive a best-in-class experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt high-quality content assets that drive results with our target audience and support sales efforts.
  • This is a strategic as well as an execution role, so the ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on marketing, field sales, field marketing. Experience MUST be in healthcare (diagnostics, device, biotech). Strong preference for Cardiovascular experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in content development and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

  • Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
