Job Description:

East 57th Street Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team of a growing private equity-backed company. This role is 100% remote, with a requirement to travel to Washington, DC, one week each month for on-site collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of driving efficiency, managing cross-functional projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Provide communication and coordination support, ensuring executive leadership is prepared for meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams to facilitate decision-making and drive company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage company performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead executive-level reporting and provide comprehensive updates on project progress and strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate clear communication between the executive team, board members, and external partners.
  • Coordinate high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role, preferably in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite executives and board members, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to Washington, DC, for one week each month.

Compensation:

A competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
