We are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of U.S.A. Operations with a strong network in the media and coworking space sectors to join our team and lead our expansion into the U.S.A. market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual based in the U.S.A., preferably in or near New York, to help lead our operational efforts and grow YOUNG’s presence across the country. This person will work closely with our founder and be instrumental in building a strong team, office, and market presence for all YOUNG-related activities in the U.S., starting in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a market strategy to establish YOUNG in the U.S.A., starting with New York.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Leverage your media connections and coworking space networks to forge partnerships and strengthen YOUNG's presence.
  • Team Building: Recruit, manage, and develop a team that can help grow YOUNG’s business operations in the U.S.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations in the U.S., ensuring smooth workflow and business growth.
  • Brand Establishment: Collaborate with the founder to introduce YOUNG Media, YOUNG Workspaces, and other YOUNG initiatives to the U.S.A. market.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation within the media and coworking sectors.

Location:

Candidates must reside in the U.S.A., ideally with a strong connection to New York, and have deep familiarity with the local business ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Network: A robust and valuable network in the U.S.A.'s media industry and coworking space scene.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong management and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and execute strategic plans.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • U.S.A. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business landscape in New York and the wider U.S.A. market.
