Prevailance is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as a SURFGRU Readiness Support Analyst, providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) and Cyber Readiness Program Mission and Infrastructure Support Services to the Commander, Naval Surface Group, Southwest (CNSGSW) N6 Department Staff and Divisions at Naval Amphibious Base, San Diego, CA. This role aims to enhance warfighting readiness and elevate the C5I proficiency of the Surface Force, supporting both afloat and ashore claimants and staff. Travel may be required.

The Analyst shall provide Mission Readiness and Network Infrastructure Support Services to include, but not limited to:

  • Analysis of Naval Readiness across the C5I/CYBER domain
  • Develop FLAG level decision ready products

Requirements:
  • Experience in developing technical documentation, including Type Commander (TYCOM) instructions, data calls, requests for information, and multimedia presentations for SURFGRU Readiness initiatives
  • Experience in monitoring readiness status through various communication methods, including official message traffic, email, verbal tasking, face-to-face, phone, or email-based tasking
  • Ability to provide findings to the cognizant SURFGRU Readiness PA and staff
  • Ability to document meeting minutes and prepare visual aids to support meeting requirements
  • Ability to present findings in Government-approved formats for distribution via formal Naval messages, multimedia presentations, or other approved methods
  • Skilled in developing readiness metrics to reflect trends, installation status, requirements, and directives to support leadership needs and process improvement
  • Skilled in attending teleconferences, video teleconferences (VTCs), and internal/external meetings, either representing or assisting the SURFGRU Readiness PA and staff
  • Proficiency in performing trend analysis on CASREPs and trouble tickets to provide tailored training in support of mission requirements
  • Proficiency in assessing policy changes for their impact on Fleet stakeholders and providing feedback on suggested changes

Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
