Do you have strong analytical and communication skills, like to work in a collaborative environment, and have a background in the US Department of Defense, US Military, or Aerospace & Defense industry? We may have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Talent Acquisition Partner I, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences--and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNC's TA systems as well as external resources.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 0 - 2 or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Preferred:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
  • Experience with social media recruitment tools
  • Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates
  • Demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented approach to recruitment search engagements
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Experience with technical recruiting
  • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity
  • Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $68,926.06 - $94,773.33. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
