  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

An Account Coordinator (AC) at Nectar is an integral account team member, working closely with account teams to help run foundational programs and support agency operations. The Nectar AC is excited about learning, enjoys working as part of a team, and keeps an ear to the ground for current tech news and happenings. As part of a small team where our individual job titles mean very little, and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board. As part of your role, you will have many opportunities to learn new PR skills, work closely with senior team members, and take ownership of projects.

A sample of what you’ll be doing:

Program Support: Daily tracking and client “in the news” reports; helping with research to support speaking, awards, and editorial calendar programs; drafting speaking abstracts, award submissions, and proactive pitches.

Media and analyst relations: Research, develop and maintain media & analyst lists; help coordinate press and analyst events; learn about pitching and scheduling media briefings.

Account administration: Attend meetings, own account notes/status updates; handle scheduling and logistics; provide billing support and manage account trackers.

Teamwork: Being a team player with all Nectarines at all levels.

Must-haves

  • +/- 3 months of agency or in-house experience (internships included)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and sometimes change course at a moment’s notice
