Summary Of Position

The Workplace Coordinator plays a primary role in supporting the continuous operation and improvement of our office spaces, including site security, property maintenance and project-based initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support Executive Assistant in any responsibilities such as travel booking, expense work, etc.
  • Represent Workplace Services in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments.
  • Coordinate all Workplace activities, work direction, and support systems.
  • Coordinate site safety programs, i.e., first aid/AED training.
  • Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
  • Set up, maintain, and organize department's office space allocation, central files, information, filing, and messages.
  • Provide administrative support to the onsite leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with property management for any requirements and/or inspections related to the office.
  • Coordinate and manage all access card processing and physical security needs of space.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Teladoc Health minimum audit standards related to ESG, ES&H, and other various initiatives.
  • Handle building-equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serve as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors called in to fix problems.
  • Inventory, order, and stock all office supplies and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with internal and external audits (on-call, record keeping)
  • Hybrid role – three times per week, or as needed
  • Special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications Expected For Position

  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain consistent professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to direct responses during emergency situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide direction to staff

Preferred:

  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems.

The base salary range for this position is $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
