Oracle Cloud P2P Solution Architect

• Partner with Business process owners, Oracle Functional team, integration team, SI team and develop and support Oracle Cloud application functionalities, - Advise best practice , provide technical and functional solution in enabling new functionalities in Oracle Procure to Pay Cloud - Prepare the technical design documentation, assist with any data mapping, error handling, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with appropriate resolutions - Provide technical leadership to Enterprise Application and Business Process Leads including building detailed solution plans, coordinating technical tasks with other teams, measuring and tracking progress, managing key risks & issues, and reporting out status
• Should have experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement-Purchasing, Supplier Management
• Supplier Creation and Maintenance
• Create and Maintain Purchase Catalog and Categories
• Self Service Purchase Requisition and Approvals (based on approval limits)
• Purchase Order Process for Goods, Services and Expenses and approvals (email)
• Purchase Order Print
• Manage Purchase Order (Hold, Change Order, Cancellation)
• Purchase Receipts (2-way and 3-way)
• Receipt Accounting and Month end close process
• Strong implementation experience with Payables (Supplier Invoices via EDI and OCR processes), payment processing, month end close, Subledger to GL and Account Reconciliation.
