Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and book customized pet-friendly travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
  • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet travel regulations, pet-friendly accommodations, transportation options, and services
  • Provide expert advice on destination regulations, vaccination requirements, pet passports, and travel insurance
  • Build relationships with pet-friendly travel partners, including hotels, airlines, pet transportation services, and veterinarians
  • Assist clients with special requests, such as pet-sitting, pet daycare, or emergency veterinary services at the destination
  • Ensure all aspects of pet travel are seamless, including arranging pet-friendly flights, ground transportation, and appropriate accommodations
  • Address any client concerns regarding traveling with pets and offer support throughout the journey
  • Stay informed of industry trends, including new destinations and services catering to pet owners
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials or campaigns targeting pet-friendly travel

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to research and maintain partnerships with pet-friendly service providers
  • Passion for pets and travel
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency travel situations calmly
