Job Description
SUMMARY
This role will report to the QC Supervisor but will also receive direction from the Production Control, Materials, and Contracts departments. An ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be self-motivated, highly organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for managing Quality records, including gauge calibration data, preparing documentation packages for customers, drawing and document maintenance, and working with the Contracts department to ensure contract information remains up to date. This role will verbally and electronically communicate regularly with other departments, vendors, and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Organize and maintain QA/QC records and compile data packages to be sent to the customer.
Maintain drawing and documentation packets.
Ensure contract data is current, available, and has been distributed to the necessary people.
Communicate verbally and electronically with other Entwistle departments and locations and with customers and vendors.
Maintain gauge calibration data and records.
Track KPIs for QA/QC department.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Always adhere to Safety policies and procedures. Promote safety culture throughout the Plant.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:- A problem-solving mindset with the willingness to show initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to competently use MS Office programs including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
- Works well under deadline constraints.
- Able to work in a team based, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills with a solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a records management/administration role
