We are seeking a collaborative and client-centric Product and Client Relations Manager to join our growing team.
Nurture and extend relationships with clients who host EarthCam tourism live-streaming content, from small businesses to world-leading resorts, destinations & attractions
Present and influence decision-making, business rationale and key findings for leadership
Ensure clients receive appropriate EarthCam resources from different departments including technical, sales, marketing and PR
Manage/curate and strategically expand our public camera network
Advocate for new features and functions for websites and apps that help clients deliver live-streaming content to end users
Seek out opportunities for growth and revenue generation built around EarthCam s current live camera network
Expand into new markets and growth verticals, in collaboration with sales team, while responding to bids and RFP s
Use CRM tools to document and track progress and communication cadence with clients
Manage media outreach for key industry press and product launches
Manage messaging, coordination and logistics for integrated marketing campaigns
Win strong industry placements both paid and organic, and generate regular reports
Drive website engagement, increase adoption, reduce churn, and manage upgrade strategy throughout the customer journey
Track health metrics for existing clients, while monitoring top-of-funnel campaigns for new business
Attend industry events, trade shows as needed
Requirements
Who YOU Are
Aptitude to explain and communicate technical functions and features
Strategic thinker who can drive ongoing processes while managing tactical change
High EQ, able to work effectively at all levels within organizations and with partners
Understanding of marketing, PR, sales and client development
Well versed with brand building, brand equity and relevant metrics
Results-focused, detail-oriented mindset
Self-starter with consistent record of successfully kick-starting new initiatives and driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
Excellent written and communications skills
Ability to handle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
Qualifications
10+ years B2C or B2B experience
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
Previous experience in any of the following industries: tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, international business, etc.
Experienced in building B2C experiences by digging into customer needs, research, and data
Familiarity with experience design, including customer validation techniques and user research.
