ComResource is looking for a Solutions Architect (SaaS).

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect (SaaS) to lead the identification, implementation, and optimization of software solutions for our General & Administrative (G&A) functions and workplace technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software evaluation, integration, and process automation, with a focus on enhancing efficiency across various business and technical operations.

Responsibilities:

Solution Identification & Evaluation:

  • Automation Tools: Evaluate and implement automation solutions to streamline routine administrative tasks. Identify opportunities to automate processes across various G&A functions.
  • Document Recognition: Research and deploy document recognition tools that can automatically scan, classify, and extract data from various document types, improving data accuracy and reducing manual entry.
  • Mail Management: Implement solutions for automating and managing mail, including digital mailrooms and automated sorting and distribution systems.
  • FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Management: Identify and integrate software solutions to manage and process FOIA requests efficiently, ensuring compliance and timely responses.
  • PDF Manipulation: Select and deploy tools for advanced PDF manipulation, including editing, merging, splitting, and converting documents to meet organizational needs.
  • Exhibit & Document Merging: Implement solutions that facilitate the merging of exhibits and documents for legal, compliance, or administrative purposes, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.
  • Page Extraction: Deploy tools for efficient page extraction from large documents, enabling quick access to specific sections or information.
  • E-Signature Platforms: Identify and implement an e-signature platform to streamline document signing processes, ensuring security and compliance with legal standards.
  • Automated Translations: Integrate automated translation tools to support multi-language document handling and communication, enhancing global collaboration.
  • Augmented GenAI Automations: Explore and implement Generative AI-based automation tools to further enhance productivity in document generation, content creation, and administrative processes.
  • Document Generation: Deploy tools for automated document generation, enabling quick and accurate creation of standard forms, contracts, and other necessary documents.

Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of selected solutions, including software setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new tools into the company s technology stack.
  • Develop custom scripts or applications as needed to support integration and automation efforts.
  • Ensure all implemented solutions comply with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Training:

  • Support the creation of detailed documentation for each implemented solution, including user guides, process flows, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in technical training to staff on new systems and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and effective usage.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, receiving feedback from Business Analysts, Product Owners, users, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in automation, AI, and G&A software, recommending new tools and solutions as appropriate.
  • Optimize and upgrade existing systems to keep pace with organizational growth and evolving business needs.

Essentials:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, business technology management, software implementation, solutions architecture, or a related role, with a focus on seamless implementation of third-party software.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, document management systems, collaboration suites, and CRM platforms, including integration services through APIs.
  • Experience with document recognition, PDF manipulation, e-signature platforms, and/or automated translation tools.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI applications in automation and document generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing numerous cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Competency in SQL and/or other related programming/scripting languages to enable successful integration.
