We are inviting applications for a Technical Program Manager III role in the Data AI space. This role is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Technical Program Manager III, you'll be dedicated to managing the end-to-end delivery of AI models for use in customer experiences. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of planning, tracking, and driving initiatives that have data and AI dependencies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI models for use in customer experiences.
Lead strategic initiatives in the Applied Machine Learning (AML) organization, ensuring adherence to Responsible AI guiding principles.
Identify, track, and manage data and AI dependencies proactively.
Foster strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Advocate for the end-to-end AI Enablement process across the team.
Communicate effectively with both senior leadership and dependent teams, ensuring clarity and understanding of initiatives.
Apply knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence in planning and executing initiatives.
Ensure all customer experiences are aligned with strategic goals.
Collaborate with the PMO team to support various complex programs across DAT.
Adhere strictly to the principles of AML and Responsible AI.
Must possess strong communication skills for effective dialogue with teams, stakeholders, and senior managementProven experience in strategic planning and execution of technical projects
Demonstrable understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Proficient in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies
Experience with end-to-end project management, from conception to delivery
Ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives
Familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) operations
Understanding of dependencies within complex, large-scale projects
Experience with AB testing and pair programming methodologies
Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation and regulations
Strong leadership skills and ability to guide, motivate, and manage teams
Proficiency in managing project timelines effectively, demonstrating an understanding of 'About Time' concepts.
