We are in search of a Financial Project Manager to join our team in the service industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves managing finance-related projects, analyzing data, and implementing change management strategies. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Manage finance-related projects including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA)
Analyze data across all modules and provide valuable insights for decision making
Develop a comprehensive change management strategy for the ERP implementation process
Identify key stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and engage them throughout the process
Create a communication plan to ensure consistent messaging about the ERP implementation goals, progress, and impacts
Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to use the new ERP system effectively
Assess the potential impacts of the ERP implementation on different departments and roles within the organization
Identify potential risks related to the ERP implementation and develop mitigation strategies to address them
Continuously monitor the progress of the ERP implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities
Gather feedback from stakeholders throughout the process and make adjustments to the change management strategy as needed
Provide ongoing support to employees after the ERP system has been implemented to ensure successful adoption and address any issues that arise. Applicant should possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of D365 and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Proven experience in implementing financial projects is necessary.
Experience in UAT Testing is required.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the service industry would be advantageous.
Familiarity with other financial software and tools would be a plus.
Strong ethical standards, ensuring all financial operations are conducted with integrity and transparency.
Excellent leadership skills, capable of leading a team towards achieving financial goals.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to manage financial data effectively.
