Job Description
At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyone, and our people make it possible. We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Senior Director of Company Messaging to help us tell the ServiceNow story. Someone who has positioning, messaging, and storytelling in their DNA
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and evangelizing the company's narrative across all our marketing campaigns, events, and digital properties. You'll be a trusted advisor to the company's most senior leaders as we grow and evolve our company story.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $212,100 - $381,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

Responsibilities
- Create industry-leading narratives that clearly communicate the full power of the ServiceNow Platform
- Drive highly differentiated messaging on servicenow.com
- Build relationships with Product and Solutions Marketing to infuse the latest product positioning
- Partner closely with Corporate Communications to drive consistent messaging across our paid, earned, shared and owned channels
- Work with Brand Marketing to elevate key campaigns and thought leadership content
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 15+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Exceptional written and public communication skills
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives
- Intimate understanding of the latest trends in B2B marketin
