Sunbelt Staffing is currently partnered with a school district near Virginia Beach, Virginia to locate a Full-Time Orientation and Mobility Specialist for this upcoming school year.

Job Requirements:

  • Virginia ACVREP certification or equivalent credential is required.
  • Familiarity with adaptive technology and tools for individuals with visual impairments.
  • Criminal History check and Prints arerequired prior to start date

Job Details:

  • Supporting approximately 14 students
  • Evaluate and address the orientation and mobility needs of middle and high school students.
  • Provide direct instruction and training in travel skills, including navigation of complex environments.
