Job Description: As a Healthcare Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive patient engagement, increase brand awareness, and support the growth of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our healthcare services.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, face to face connections and online advertising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to create patient education materials and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage the company s online presence, including website content, SEO, and online reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health, urgent care, or related services.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and marketing compliance.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
