Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. .NET | dotNET Software Engineer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As part of our team, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications. Your role will also include collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring entry level developers.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using the .NET 8.0 framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze requirements
Participate in making architectural decisions and provide technical leadership
Mentor and guide entry level developers in the team
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for optimal performance
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Proven experience as a Sr. .NET | dotNET Software Engineer or similar role
Profound knowledge in Backend Development, Business Logic, and Client Side Scripting
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience in Cloud Technologies, AB Testing, Ajax, and API Development
Expertise in ASP.NET and Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with GIT and Continuous Integration (CI)
Strong understanding of Entity Framework and Database Schema
Knowledge of OpenAI and OpenAPI Specification
Ability to work with .NET framework
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
