Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing existing partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Need 10+ Year experience in Business Development Manager OR Client Relations, sales, Vendor Management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that align with business development goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Track and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
