Position Summary
The Manager Social Work for Resource Management is responsible for assisting the Director of Resource Management in the development, implementation, coordination, management and monitoring of Social Work Services for for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Asante Ashland Community Hospital, and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center. Responsibility of supervising staff in collaboration with other managers for Resource Management. Recommends, develops, and implementation of new programs enhancing services for patients/families.

Qualifications
Education
- Master of Social Work (MSW)required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a social worker with demonstrated leadership in social work preferably within a health care environment. Emphasis on community health resources and program development strongly desired.
- Must have completed 2 years of post-licensure practice experience necessary to provide clinical supervision
- LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers
