Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance Current California Insurance License Insurance Coverage knowledge required for all sized accounts Strong customer service skills is mandatory-we want someone who truly cares about our clients Understanding of the insurance marketplace in Northern California Strong verbal and communication skills, with good command of the English language (including a nurturing and professional demeanor) AMS360 experience & PL Rater Highly organized with experience in paperless desk Proven experience with Personal Lines carriers websites for billing, endorsements & rewrites Download reports & processing download renewals dynamic energy, a keen sense of humor, and a sincere interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization Pay will be negotiated by the skill set & years of experience
