  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Delivery Manager

About the role

We are partnered with a market leading and fast growing, end-to-end EV charging and smart energy management software platform company that are looking to continue scaling their team in the USA.

They own a cloud-based platform which currently manages over 10,000 public chargers (100,000s in roaming), serving over 800,000 drivers in 27 countries throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia.

They are searching for a Delivery Manager to join their team who can serve as an advisor to their customers during the onboarding process when signing up to their platform, who can lead technical design, project implementation and system deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the whole delivery plan for the customer and push this to execution according to the plan, budget, quality for each individual customer need
  • Lead the entire end-to-end delivery of the onboarding project
  • Build solid relationships with customers and gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business processes and their business goals.
  • Work on building the project solution design, while addressing all customer needs along with product processes and capabilities
  • Interact and work closely with Product management and the R&D team to guide customer with onboarding activities, support installations and system set up activities
  • Analyze, track and Manage risks and mitigations whilst leading migration activities
  • Share project status reports and accounts status with management on a weekly basis regarding project status, risks, outstanding issue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent software or other technical-oriented filed
  • Minimum 5 years of mid to large software projects management, preferred as a delivery manager
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and experience with software system
  • Excellent technical user capabilities of using computer software systems
  • Excellent human skills and team spirit
  • Some knowledge of the EV industry / sector
