Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team. We're not just looking for someone to manage ads—we want a growth hacker who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves the startup world, and is constantly searching for ways to optimize and scale our eCommerce business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meta Ad Management:
- Manage and monitor Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns daily to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track and analyze ad performance, constantly iterating to improve targeting, creative, and messaging.
- Develop new ad strategies, split-test creatives, and use data-driven insights to boost performance.
- Collaborate with the team on creating compelling ad creative and messaging that drives conversions.
- Maintain budgets and work towards achieving KPIs related to customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversions, and revenue growth.
- Shopify Store Optimization:
- Continuously test and optimize landing page layouts, offers, and customer journeys on our Shopify store.
- Implement A/B testing to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ensure the store is always performing at peak capacity, focusing on speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to build and refine product pages that convert.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Explore and Manage Other eCommerce Marketing Strategies:
- Research and implement other eCommerce growth strategies (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, etc.).
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Explore and experiment with new eCommerce platforms or tools that could support growth.
Requirements:
- You have 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on Meta ad management and Shopify store optimization.
- You're obsessed with data and metrics and love tracking every click, impression, and conversion to maximize ROI.
- You're a creative problem-solver who isn't afraid to experiment with different tactics and strategies.
- You have a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the customer journey, with hands-on experience in testing landing pages, offers, and creative.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You stay on top of eCommerce trends and best practices and love learning about new tools and strategies.
Ideally, you’ve spearheaded an eCommerce business' performance marketing team with a strong emphasis on Meta ads, or you've built and managed your own Shopify store, successfully selling your own products through the platform.
